It is an offence to attempt to buy alcohol if you are under 18 years of age or to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol for persons under the age of 18. By placing an order with us, and accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you 18 years old or over.
Delivery will only be made to individuals of legal purchase age and our delivery company will require signature on delivery. Our delivery company will check ID if they are unsure of the recipients age.
Competitions are subject to availability. All requirements as stated on social media posts will be applicable,f these are not met then entry will not be counted. Winner is chosen at random via an independant online generator. If the selected person has not completed all of the requirements then another winner will be picked. All entrants must be over the age of 18 and live in mainland UK. All rights reserved.
We currently only accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.
We can send your order to your home or your place of work. Normally it takes up to 2 working days to deliver, and we calculate working days as Monday to Friday, not counting Bank Holidays. If you order by 11am we will try our best to dispatch your order the same day, otherwise it will be the following working day.
Sometimes due to the high number of orders or at peak times such as Christmas it might take a little bit longer. If we are aware of delays we will try and email you.
We accept no liability for goods required by a specific date which fail to arrive due to circumstances beyond our control. We will always do our best to fulfil your order as quickly as possible, but please allow plenty of time for time-critical items, especially at busy times like Christmas. We accept no liability if your delivery is delayed due to accidents, fire, flood, storms, other severe weather, acts of god, wars, riots, civil commotion, or malicious damage.
We are only human, and sometimes there might be errors, typos or mistakes on the site, including product descriptions and pricing. We reserve the right to change or update information without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order. We apologise in advance if this causes you any inconvenience. We accept no liability arising from these errors.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
When you receive your order please check carefully and notify us immediately if there is any damage.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us at to arrange a return. We can only accept items that are unopened, within 7 days for a refund. All shipping back to us is paid by the customer, and we are unable to refund you for your postal fees.
If your delivery is returned to us because you have given an incomplete or incorrect delivery address we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery charge to re-send.
We have the copyright and the intellectual property rights on everything on this website. You can use this website for your own purposes, but you must not republish anything from this site without our consent.
